Nowadays,the competitive pressure of manufacturing companies is huge.In order to adapt to the development of the market in the process of change,many manufacturing companies have begun to integrate the information of their employees to facilitate enterprise management.Since the wages of enterprise employees are various,and some problems rely on manpower to solve the time-consuming and labor-intensive,it is necessary to develop a salary management system suitable for the enterprise.The paper designs and implements the salary management system of an electrical equipment manufacturing company in Wuhan city.At the beginning of the thesis,the background and research significance of the system in the modern manufacturing enterprise application are briefly described,and the shortcomings of the traditional manual management method are pointed out.Secondly,the thesis focuses on the OFBiz framework and adds the technology of the domain model.It conducts a series of analysis on the concrete implementation of the domain model and a brief description of the ExtJS technology widely used in the front-end of enterprise system development.Then contact the company's finance department staff for the latest needs of wage management,designed and completed the corresponding module.Finally,the paper analyzes and summarizes the work and shortcomings in the development of the system.The salary management system adopts the B/S structure based on the open source framework OFBiz.It is developed based on the JavaEE platform.The interface is developed and designed using the ExtJS framework,which makes the system friendly and easy to expand and maintain,fully satisfying the company's future adjustment of the salary structure's need.
