Infrared focal plane detector is a new generation of infrared imaging testing equipment,has excellent properties and wide application fields.In order to ensure the image quality of infrared imaging system,the performance parameters of infrared focal plane array detector test is very necessary.Based on virtual instrument(VI)design and development of technology,this thesis has developed a set of infrared focal plane detector testing system and its software.The system can realize the performance parameter determination for a variety of detectors,which has important significance for the domestic research and application of thermal imaging technology.The main work of this thesis is as follows:1.According to the working principle,function and performance requirement of infrared focal plane detector,the overall structure of the test system is designed.The system is mainly composed of PXI Express bus test equipment,low noise high stability bias power supply,low noise multi-channel differential amplifier,high-speed A/D adapter module,industrialcomputer and display and other functional components.2.Based on the LabVIEW programming environment,the application software of the test system is designed.The function of the software includes four modules:login,self-test,test and playback.The software is used to complete the acquisition,processing,display and recording of infrared focal plane detector data.3.Aiming at the high data acquisition rate and high data processing data,this paper solves the problem of data loss and error in high-speed acquisition and some limitations of LabVIEW in engineering and mathematical calculation by using LabVIEW and VHDL to develop FPGA and LabVIEW and MATLAB cross-programming respectively.4.An actual test system is developed and tested by two specific infrared focal plane detectors.The test function and performance index are analyzed,which proves that the system is fully functional and has good performance,and.can meet the actual test requirements.The research system can be used as an alternative to foreign imported testing equipment.
