Infrared technology was first developed rapidly with military applications, and infrared remote sensing technology is used not only in military, but in environment, resources, disaster reduction and other fields of national economy. It also has important application value in earth science and other fields of science. As in recent years, with the rapid progress in infrared focal plane detectors inland, infrared imaging of high resolution remote sensing in China has made great progress. Aiming at space applications of infrared focal plane detectors, this paper carries out information acquisition and processing circuit research according to the latest domestic infrared focal plane, which is a kind of work with important engineering application value.On the basis of a large number of research, this paper first introduces the spatial infrared remote sensing and some important detectors, the basic concept of information acquisition circuit and the brief technology development situation, then analyzes the role of the information acquisition circuit in infrared imaging system, the performance characteristics of different types of information acquisition circuit and its influence on system performance.With detailed research of the domestic 1500-pixeled line array long wave infrared focal plane detector’s output characteristic, this article proposes the design scheme of the information acquisition circuit with the core of low noise operational amplifier and the data processing circuit with the core of FPGA, carries on the comprehensive simulation analysis to the characteristics of the preamplifier circuit with ORCAD PSpice, develops all the circuits which have passed the space environment inspection and testing for the various application requirements, and finally it has been successfully used in the manned space flight TG-1 hyper-spectral imager’s infrared band. This paper gives a lot of simulation analysis and testing results, verifies the validity of the design through the image data obtained in on-orbit experiment.For the infrared focal plane that will be more complex and with higher performance and the higher requirements of infrared systems in the future, this paper also puts forward the further thought of using the SiP (System in Package) technology to improve integration, and makes a preliminary attempt.
