As the core of the uncooled infrared thermal imaging equipment,the uncooled infrared imaging movement components have a wide range of applications in the military and civilian areas.How to achieve miniaturization,high performance and low cost of movement components play an important role in the development of infrared thermal imaging technology.The topic of this paper is "Research on Miniaturization of Uncooled Infrared Imaging Core Assembly Based on Pico384".Based on the development of infrared thermal imaging technology in China,and the infrared focal plane arrays imported from France has been used to develop and produce high performance miniaturized uncooled infrared thermal imaging movement components which meet the requirements of military and civilian applications.At present,the application of uncooled infrared thermal imaging technology has been expanded from the traditional military application or paramilitary application to civilian,and even appeared the consumer uncooled infrared thermal imaging electronic products.Uncooled infrared thermal imaging components to meet the miniaturization of the industry needs of the market is bound to become the trends of uncooled infrared thermal imaging devices.In this paper,the development status and application foreground of uncooled infrared thermal imaging technology at home and abroad are analyzed,and the existing domestic and foreign advanced uncooled infrared thermal imaging movement components were explored.Completing the product definition for miniaturized products of high performance uncooled infrared imaging movement components,and Based on the more and more mature SOPC technology at present,overall design has been constructed.Based on the above design,the hardware and software design of the miniaturized high-performance uncooled infrared thermal imaging movement components has been finished.The debugging and verification have been finished and the good image display effect has been achieved,finally,it has surpassed existing domestic similar products and has achieved similar foreign level.
