Design And Realization Of A Rural Cultivated Land Network Management System

Cultivated land resources is not only a valuable material wealth of mankind,but also a necessary guarantee for the survival of mankind.At present,with the rapid development of China's urbanization process,many fertile land was occupied,which covered with high-rise buildings,factories and residential areas,or planned into a few tens of meters wide road,a few kilometers or tens of kilometers of gardens and wetlands.Although the Chinese government has announced the 1.8 billion mu of arable land red line,and has prohibited local governments,enterprises to indiscriminate or development of arable land,and has improved the power of land examination and approval,but the situation is still grim.Individual local governments,enterprises occupying farmland phenomenon is still common,and the protection of arable land measures are limited.Therefore,how to monitor the land occupied is an urgent problem that should be considered.However,the contradiction between agricultural development,industrial development and social development is the problem of land use.Harmonious development is not only a slogan,but is the problem how to develop harmoniously that our generation should face and think.With the continuous development of social economy,the original cultivated land resources database is not adapt to the development of agricultural economy in China,and it need to be established a more scientific and reasonable cultivated land database on the basis of the original one.There is an urgent need for more advanced cultivated land management systems and monitoring methods to implement.The main idea of this paper is to establish a cultivated land network management system.It can build the database of cultivated land information by the township(town)level,and then collect it through the land management department at all levels step by step summary to the county(district),city,province and the Ministry of Land and Resources,and it can use the Beidou positioning technology,modern remote sensing technology and Aerial photography technology for timely monitoring the cultivated land information.If there is a change,you can check and feed back in time.Based on the current situation of cultivated land in China,this paper introduces the current situation of cultivated land resources in the United States,Russia,Japan and China.The system to.NET for the program development platform,using advanced WindowlO for the operating system,and C/S for the network model:to the more superior performance of Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 for the system to open tools;simple and efficient C#7.0 for the program development language;and use the latest SQL Server2016 for the background database management system.The system is applicable to all sectors of the land sector,which helps the staff to better manage the cultivated land,protect the cultivated land and prevent the loss of cultivated land.leaving valuable material wealth for future generations.
