| In response to the problems which existed under traditional land supervision pattern, dynamic monitoring system for land resource use has been set up by using GPS, GIS and GPRS telecommunication technology in this thesis. The general structure and network frame of the system have been described and partial core functions of the inspection supervisory system have been implemented. The implemented system can reduce the workload for law enforcement officials while carrying on the land scene survey and improve both work quality and efficiency. The research work may be summarized as follows:1. Based on the current situation and requirements of the dynamic monitoring for land use in national resources,some information-based measures and tools, such as mobile law enforcement and on-line analysis is discussed in order to assist the supervision of executive the law of land and to establish the novel model for dynamic monitoring system.2. We suggest an infrastructure for dynamic management system for land resource use in our country and divide this infrastructure into several sub modules, including the relationship of sub modules with each other. We divide this infrastructure into two sub systems, mobile system and management system. Furthermore, we discuss all two sub systems from the aspects of basic function, framework, and requirement and so on.3. The related technology of the GIS is described deeply in this thesis. Firstly, we introduce the background of the secondary development of GIS software and the status of development at abroad. Then the key technology used by the system is discussed. It includes Integrated Development Environment-Visual Studio, Secondary Development Tools-Arc GIS and Interface-Oriented Programming technology. Finally, we introduce the system development process in detailed. From main frame to its function modules,the implemented system has a lot of functions, such as huge data management,map view, layer management, map query and map export. |
