Research On The Construction Of Public Health Website Based On Information Architecture Theory

public health website is an important platform and channel for public health system to provide public health information to the public.It is one of the main components of the construction of public health information system.At present,the websites which contain public health information are different in nature,categories,and the stock of information continues to rise substantially,which makes it difficult for the public to find the needed information in a timely,accurate and convenient way.At the same time,the lack of scientific guidance on the construction of some public health websites leads to birth defects in the construction site,the public couldn't get the authoritative,updated and interactive message through the website.Once public health emergencies occur,the public can not obtain accurate and authoritative information on public health through the network,this will have a direct impact on the health of the public,and will lead to spread of rumors,which ultimately result in social chaos.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to actively explore the construction of public health websites,guide the theory and standardize the construction of public health websites,and optimize the reform of the public health information supply side.The information architecture theory originated in the United States,and continued to deepen along with the global information,as a mature theoretical system and thought,it received more and more people's attention and extensive attention of the society,it is also standard to check whether the website construction is a universal and effective approach.Based on the full investigation of the existing website construction,this paper analyzes the process of public health website construction under the theory of information architecture,identifies the basic principle,design ideas and design elements of public health website construction.Basing on the theory of information construction and the examples of China and the United States centers for disease control and prevention websites,by comparing the two sites in organization system,identification system,navigation system,search system,this paper gets the conclusion that Chinese center for disease control and prevention websites have a higher level in domestic,and it have larger ascension space in "user oriented" design concept,humanized design,web site or in the web page to aspects and so on.Through the information construction theory perspective,the comparative analysis of the Centers for Disease Control and prevention between China and the United States also provides concrete reference for optimizing the construction of public health websites.To sum up,this paper is based on the theory of information science and information construction,and strengthens the user needs of public health websites,and is a guide to organize and design public health websites.Aiming at the shortage of the construction of public health websites in China,according to the basic connotation,the information architecture theory,basic process and four system etc.,and points out how to play information construction "signs" and "tag",optimize and integrate the complex,messy and professional information,the organization system,the marking system,navigation system,search system of scientific planning and design of the website construction,user centered public health website for the public to provide effective information for public health service.
