In recent years,public health incidents have occurred frequently,such as the SARS epidemic in 2003,the bird flu in 2004 and the pollution of the Songhua River in 2005,which have a great impact on people's lives.In 2003,when the SARS incident occurred,in the early stage,the government was unable to make up for the fact that the government had withheld the factual information.Then,the State Council promulgated the emergency public health emergency regulations,which opened the way to explore how to deal with unexpected public health incidents.But the media how to treat Chinese behind the public health problem,showing how the national image Chinese,foreign media have any changes to Chinese image,the future of our government and the media how to do such problems still need further answer.From this purpose,this paper selects 709 news websites,"The New York Times" website,"The times" website,"China daily" website,the analysis framework analysis and narration of the ten major public health events,the study presents the image of the country.The study found that the "The New York Times" website showing more "comprehensive" research framework,survey and story narration mode,"The ti mes" website presence is more "biased" research framework,story narrative m ode,"China daily" website there are many "negative" research framework,pro paganda + news narrative model.The construction of public health events in d ifferent countries has some relationship with its internal political,economic an d news system.For each state news reports,find the missing problem of Chin a's media and government measures,to further enhance the ability to prevent public health crisis,strengthen health contact with other countries,jointly set u p a defense mechanism of public health emergencies and means of communica tion.
