According to the 39th China Statistical Report on Internet Development, by December 2016,the population of Chinese netizen had reached 0.731 billion,the majority of which is mobile phone user, as many as 0.695 billion. The booming of the internet technology and the uprising of the smart phone users provide a chance for the development of mobile network radio.The mobile network radio is fragmentary and concomitant. Such characteristic can satisfy all kinds of scenario requirement of the users. The innovation on ideology and technology of which reduced the requirement on content production and fabrication,improved the efficiency of the spreading of information and made it easier to collect the feedback. The listeners of the traditional radio transformed into the users that can both be the consumers of the audio content and producers of such content.This article takes litchi FM and Himalayan FM as the research object.From the perspective of the audience and the anchor, I participated in content production and management on mobile network radio and found that the two had their own advantages.In 2013,the Lizhi FM posted an idea that everyone can be anchor. It allows the ordinary subscribers to open their own radio stations on which they can upload their programs or live broadcasts at any time or anywhere. While another mobile network radio platform, Ximalaya FM, insists a totally different way. It pays more attention of professional users and content. The copyright and the specialized content is its gravity.This strategy makes Ximalaya FM a front-runner among its competitors.However, as the growth of the platform and the up-rising of the number of users,some problems comes up. Issues like the homogenization of content, low quality of the grass-root anchors, copyright dispute haunts the industry. Thus establishing and consummate the content production system of the mobile network radio is crucial.This article untangles the basic notions and elements of the content production system of mobile network radio. Also it analyzes the models and basic patterns of content production through the case study of the Lizhi FM and the Ximalaya FM. With the methods above, this article intends to provide some advice for the current research and help the development of mobile network radio : to start digging different and long tail content demands , establish and improve the professional user training system, strengthen the audio platform management and norms.
