Communication quality and immunity testing in voice communications radio are the important parts of the Range Field. It is necessary to collect the information of communication to accomplish an objective evaluation of these properties. In order to meet high sampling rate,sampling precision,and precision time reference,a high-quality portable communication voice message recording system based on the ARM was designed in this paper.According to the demand of the subject and the present situation of home and abroad in related fields, an appropriate system design was proposed in this paper. For the cases that current voice collecting device sampling rate and sampling precision were generally low, this paper designed a voice messaging admission module using professional audio codec WM8731 as the core to achieve high quality voice information admission. And designed a network transmission module using DM9000A as the core to address the needs of long-distance communication and data transfer during the experiment. As we all know,objective speech quality assessment requires high-precision time reference information,so this paper designed local RTC+GPS time base module to provide highly accurate time reference for voice admitted. In order to grasp the test situation in real time, ADPCM encoding technology was used to compress high quality voice information, which was transmitted to command post in real time over the network. Moreover, this paper designed test modules based on VISA and SCPI the collection plate to test the quality of the acquisition board through Ethernet.At the end of this paper, Scientific testing program was designed for each function module and the necessary parameters. Through the results of the test, the performance of the system was verified, and the set index was achieved. In the actual test range, each module worded normally in the specified standard, and reached the preset goal.
