Interaction Design Of Information Extraction In Maintenace IETM

Due to the diversity of electronic means of interaction,IETM is not only electronic technical manual,but also expected to extract the convenience and efficiency of a new breakthrough.Existing IETM has problems in its carrier,information level,task flow and other aspects.Computer-side products do not meet the changes in the maintenance of the scene.There is too much information in information base.The overall task execution process is not smooth,and information and the implementation are divided into two part.This paper studies the interaction design,based on the design of the interface design and existing mobile phone terminal and computer interface design,combined with the use of flat-end platform to study the flat-panel product navigation design,search design and gesture interaction,flat panel products interactive design features.Through the existing 4S shop maintenance work scenes and tools used in research,and interviews with maintenance personnel,this paper establishes the maintenance staff on the information needs and tasks in the implementation of the mental model.From the perspective of mental model and cognitive psychology,the paper puts forward the possible design directionof maintenance IETM and discusses it.And it will be used to the design of the mental model,the design direction for the design of the subsequent design theory.Based on the mental model of information and task cognition,we start from the interpretation of information extraction methods,and put forward the macro and micro research directions,that is,from the macro point of view of tasks,information,including the jump of the page,the design process of the task execution and the design of the information hierarchy and display of the information base,and the design direction from the angle of the rhythm,degree of freedom and information classification of the task process.From the microscopic point of view,the position of the information in a certain page,this paper put up with the design direction of the maintenance IETM,and the direction of design thinking from the perspective of information entry,information content,information form,input and output.Finally,take the vehicle fault detection equipment for example,this paper analyzes the problem in information extraction.It combines the two functions,and design for the task and information respectively,using design direction put up before in its design.Finally,it comes up with the key page of the prototype design.
