In this dissertation,we aim at the simultaneous detection of multi-component fluorescence in microfluidic chip.At present,the instrument for laser-induced fluorescence microfluidic chip can not achieve multi-component rapid simultaneous measurement.This project is based on the reality of the situation under the research design.Because the fluorescence of the cells stained with different wavelengths of laser irradiation is relatively weak,so how to detect the weak signal of cell fluorescence is the key to the accurate work of the instrument.This is a study of biochemistry as a theoretical basis for the use of circuit design and software programming of Electronic Engineering Technology in support of its complete application function,so this project is a multi-disciplinary.This design is the use of photoelectric multiplier tube(PMT)to collect the light signal,photomultiplier tube will be collected fluorescence data after I/V conversion to the signal conditioning board,after filtering and amplification of fluorescence signal,is sent to the data acquisition card,data acquisition card,the collected signals are transmitted to the host computer,the host computer will the data collected by the Excel form stored in the computer hard disk,the data processing will be the number and cell component informationThis dissertation mainly designed a set of high-speed acquisition,high-precision,multi packet simultaneous acquisition of the collection of equipment,this system implements the collection of fluorescent signal cells and automated processing.This dissertation is divided into six parts,which are as follows:First,the introduction part of the article mainly includes four sources of fluorescence collection system,research background and significance of the subject,the development of the status at home and abroad.Second,the overall design of the system,describes the feasibility of the system design research,introduced the basic functions of the system and component selection analysis.Thirdly,this part introduces the detailed design of the system,including the design of the system power supply,the design of the control module,the design of the signal conditioning module,the design of the AD data acquisition module,the design of the main program software,the design and fabrication of the PCB circuit boardFourth,the host computer design,including the Labview system development platform for a specific introduction,but also includes the main control interface software design.Fifth,the main use of the instrument and the use of cell fluorescence data collection results.Finally,this chapter summarizes the work done now,and then makes a look at the further improvements in the follow-up system.
