In recent years,the amount of production safety accidents in our country has declined year by year and the condition of safe production has seen the trend of general stability and improvement,but it still faces a very serious situation for the building site is an industrial accidents-prone area.At present,it is because of expanding engineering construction scale and complex technical processes that how to perfect the on-site construction and its management,how to control the frequency of accident and how to ensure the civilized construction always are the focuses that the construction enterprises and government administrations pay close attention to.Especially with the unceasing progress of our society and the rapid development of urbanization,the government has paid more and more attention to the livelihood and the concept of safe construction has gained more and more popularity which also have made higher demands on the qualities of construction projects and the supervise of safe and civilized construction.However,the building site is an area that the surrounding and staff are complicated,which is difficult to manage by personnel patrol.Yet,the constructors' personal safety,the construction material of building site and the safety of property and equipment are all the first things that managers of construction units concern.In consideration of the safety of equipment and staff,a set of effective site and distance video monitor system can make the manager keeping taps on the construction progress on site,monitor the construction operation process remotely and the safety of construction material at building site.But owing to the temporariness of building site monitoring,the set of monitot system would be removed generally after the project being delivered.Besides,the incomplete of basic network and the confusion of building site also increase the cost of monitor cabling and make it inconvenient.This thesis mainly studies that whether the video monitoring function could be realized by means of compressing the remote video signal digitally and delivering it by TD-LTE wireless network or special fibre-optical network.If this function is applied to the management of the safety at construction site,the front-end management efficiency certainly will be enhanced and the regulatory level also will be promoted.The main structure this thesis designed is that using the camera with network function in front end and employing intelligent network storage devices in rear-end.That is,installing the video monitor and the sensor devices like the tower crane safety perception at building site to collect the important quality and safety information,and establishing a multi-level networking platform that covering the construction plant,construction enterprise and the government etc.so as to realize the safe regulatory of construction plant and emergency dispatching,reduce theoccurrence of industrial accidents and enhance the regulatory efficiency and professional skill,and finally,realize the “people-oriented” concept of safe production in all directions.
