In recent years,the "women drivers" has became the object of all kinds of media coverage,frequently appear in a variety of traffic accident news reports," women drivers " has become a network of hot words and was given a special meaning and connotation.In contrast to the higher incidence of traffic accidents,"men drivers" are rarely concerned about the people.Whether there is a close relationship with media reports?How does the media report and present the driver?In order to solve these problems,and in view of increasingly powerful influence of network media,this paper chooses the domestic portal website—Sina as the research object,and selected from Sina from January 1,2007 to December 31,2016,during the 10 years news headline contains "women drivers" 2224 news to do the sample,by using content analysis,text analysis and other methods to analyze the news samples of Sina online media about women drivers,and to explore the presentation of female media image in online media reports.After discussing the background and theory of the women driver's image research,the author chooses 2224 news samples,and analyzes the content of the sample from the three aspects of the title keyword frequency,the reporting topics and the reporting tendency.Find that when the media news reports on the women drivers,it focus on the negative image of the women drivers,and there is a clear frame bias,On the whole showing a poor driving skills,poor moral quality,poor adaptability,poor psychological quality "wonderful" image of the women drivers group,which is consistent with the majority of the audience's impression of the women drivers.This result also confirms that there is a close relationship between the social bad impression of the women drivers and the online media,but it is also affected by various factors such as social culture,law,audience and women drivers,themselves.Therefore,not only the media should be responsible for their own content and the social impact of the report;the audience should also enhance their media literacy,rational identification,processing and dissemination of information to promote social equity;the state and the government should strengthen media supervision and promote the realization of gender equality;and women drivers have to self-reflection,and realize self-right,create a better social image.
