The importance evaluation of the power communication network can identify the key nodes and links in the network,which makes great significance to improve reliability and reduce loss of network.At present,the importance evaluation methods in power communication network are mainly based on topological structure,there are few methods that take service characteristics into consider.Besides,there is little attention paid to efficiency evaluation of power communication networks.As the power communication network business has its own industry specificity,simply measure the degree of importance from the topological dimension has some limitations.Above all,this research considering the network topology and business characteristics as influencing factors,make up for the shortcomings of existing research and improve the accuracy of the assessment effectively.A large number of researches for power communication network have been studied,and the cross-layer fusion assessment method is proposed.Firstly,focus on the local and foreign researches,the relational methods have been summarized.The topological parameters,the main loads in the service layer and its performance requirements have been analyzed,and then the comparison value is refined when using the characteristic index method;Secondly,natural connectivity is chosen to estimate the degree of topology damage after the network elements become invalid,and obtain the topological importance thereby,combined with the service layer network model,the calculation formulas of business importance are presented.In addition,the network-weighted service is introduced into the calculation of the natural connectivity in the form of weights,and the network-weighted natural connectivity is defined.Based on the change of weighted natural connectivity of nodes and links lose effectiveness,the node fusion importance and link fusion importance are given to distinct cross-layer fusion evalution which take topology and service characteristics into account at the same time.Thirdly,to solve the efficiency evaluation problem of power communication network,the node and link importance degree are chosen as the indexes,then the effectiveness evaluation model is established by ADC method.The model is clear and beneficial to calculation.Finally,the experiment results show the feasibility and validity of the proposed fusion assessment method.
