Research On Risk Evaluation Of Shuhai Project

Shuhai Project is jointly organized by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,the National Press and Publication Administration of Radio and Television jointly issued,China Guanghua Foundation and the publishing units issued by the large-scale projects.In the area of fund raising,the project will be donated to the "Shuhai Development Fund" by the recipient or the interested enterprises or individuals for the management of the sustainable development of the project.In the way of donation,by the recipient in the online library to choose the necessary books,so that donation activities more targeted and effective.In the project protection,the establishment of a sound logistics base system to ensure that the full variety and quantity of books,in order to achieve the book from the collection to the donation to the whole process of special management to create favorable conditions.Based on the basic theory of risk management,this paper constructs the risk evaluation system of Shuhai project,and uses the order relation method,eigenvalue method and set value iteration method to determine the weight of different levels.Secondly,the extant matter-element analysis method is used to study the risk of Shuhai project.Finally,the paper puts forward the risk management strategy and risk management method of Shuhai project based on different stages,and provides some policy suggestions for the development of Shuhai project.The research shows that the level of the risk of Shuhai project is general,and the main risk factors that affect the project are from the stage of book donation,followed by the book raising stage and the book storage stage.At the same time,based on the three stages,this paper puts forward different risk managemen t strategies and risk management methods to analyze how to make the management process of Shuhai project engineering,risk prevention and Evaluation in financial,personnel,media response and credibility.Guard against awareness,effective and effective r isk Evaluation.This will minimize the probability of occurrence of risk in the Shuhai project and improve the efficiency of the work.
