The Reaserch On EPON Communication System Of Municipal Power Distribution

Power distribution and consumption is one of the six parts in building a strong smart grid and the important basis and component of a strong smart grid.The importance of distribution and transformation of the power grid is reflected in the following aspects: 1.The power distribution grid faced the power users directly so that its function is very important.2.The workload of distribution grid management and maintenance is much more than the transmission and transformation management.3.The distribution and power grid is invested insufficient,its automation and intelligent levels is lower than the main grid,then it become the bottleneck of restricting the development of the power system.Communication technology is the most important of the power distribution network automation,communication quality will affect the quality of the whole system operation directly.According to the building experience of power distribution grid of Europe,America,Japan and other developed countries,it is the important means to realize the power distribution grid automation for improving the reliability of power supply and power quality,expanding power supply capacity.It is not only an important means to realize the efficient economic operation of distribution grid,but also an impotant foundation of smart grid.The strategic objective of smart grid supplys power distribution grid automation with the new meaning and shows power distribution grid automation the way to develop.This paper firstly analyses the communication technology about the main distribution and power communication network and makes a comparison about some technical indicators such as the maximum transmission rate of various communication technologies,the maximum transmission distance,construction cost,reliability and application scenarios.Then,the paper analyses the mature application cases of domestic electric power company of EPON Technology.Considering the site survey of Shizuishan City,this paper proposes a overall design and construction scheme based on EPON,which is suitable for distribution and electrical communication system of Shizuishan city distribution communication system.And then the business analysis model is proposed,which is based on distribution and electrical communication system,to prove that EPON system can be used in Shizuishan power distribution and electric communication system.Finally,the Shizuishan City EPON communications systems management software schemes are designed in this paper.
