Visualization Analysis System Of Adult Education Based On BI

With the expansion of college enrollment,teaching management information has been gradually implemented in universities,which not only can provide analysis basis for management to grasp the overall development of the high school,but also can provide decision support for education institutions to establish a good education environment,and introduction of outstanding faculty and students of higher qualityc[1]Educational management system is widely used in the daily teaching management work,improving the management efficiency of each department.Although these systems can meet the basic needs of school teaching and provide information management and query functions,such as school management,educational management,performance management,graduate management,examination management and information inquiry,but for various internal data,systems can not analysis deeper and data mining in a flexible ald personalized way,it is also difficult to find data value hidden behind that is not enough to support the school's overall development and construction planning decisions.Business Intelligence[3](BI)is a hot field,applied to various industries in society,in order to provide a real-time,Multidimensional dynamic analysis visualization charts,to find out the current business situation and make an early warning,use in the form of 6"a picture worth thousand words[4],,to simply complex information.Combined the practice of Adult Education College with BI technology,a set of solution of adult education's visual decision analysis are designed,which can provide comprehensive analysis and thematic analysis report about educational management business.The data of the system is based on the data source of the educational administration system,due to the time span of the data more than ten years,it leads to a lot of data problems,such as inconsistent of data type,empty records and redundant records and so on.In order to ensure the system decision-making platform provides effective,high value consistent information presentation,firstly use database management tools to cleaning data source,and according to the analysis of the demand of the decision object,the SQL joint query view is used to complete the data extraction,integration and transformation.Secondly,using the BI[5]tool to set up the data semantic specification and multidimensional analysis model of the educational data set,the multidimensional view is directly linked to the multidimensional structure of the fact view to improve the retrieval efficiency.Finally,using the technology of OLAP(On-Line Analytical Processing)the operation of flexible selection,segmentation,data aggregation,data visualization front-end interface chart analysis,including the comprehensive student module,the enrollment module,the teacher comprehensive module,the student comprehensive module and the academic evaluation module,providing a real-time data acquisition.personality visualization,multidimensional self analysis and drilling decision analysis platform.It can help school leadership,management leaders and business personnel through the analysis of the key data,summed up the reference value of information to assist decision-making.
