In the modern world,because of widespread using of electric power,make people more and more attention to the safety of the power system.In recent years,there is a rapid economic growth in China,also showed a trend of rising electricity demand degree,the power systems are also moving in large capacity form shift.Meanwhile,Power supply system also has the more strict requirements.The electrical equipment in operation and maintenance has been using break maintenance,preventive maintenance plan and inspection,etc.However,all above these have big or small problems.In the process of its development,electric power facilities on a regular basis to check repair gradually into the state overhaul,this is a kind of development trend.so,Equipment on-line monitoring system for the design and application is particularly important.This article chooses the system for using of wireless sensor network technology,the advantages of the technology mainly: first of all,avoid the complex wiring,expansion and maintenance difficulties,etc;Secondly It can reduce the cost on monitoring inputs;Finally have a certain value.According to the actual status of the substation,the constitution of the integrated wireless sensor network and development needs of the monitoring system,Do the research for detection system and monitor the real-time state of transformer.This system mainly through three kinds of network nodes,namely the coordinator,router nodes and terminal nodes.After collection of modulator,using a serial port to the PC and processing to achieve real-time detection of each transformer in the substation.In hardware development,Choose CC2530 as main control chip.Meanwhile,focus on researching and designing of the peripheral circuit of main chip,serial communication circuit,power circuit,sensor circuit.In software development,we made a deep analysis of the composition of ZigBee's protocol Stack z-stack.Successfully completed testing parameters of the receiving and transmission?Finally this article to make the corresponding experimental analysis,proved the system safe,stable and reliable.The content of testing mainly include wireless networking experiment,data collection and transceiver test,PC test page operation experiment and collect data classified storage condition,etc.Combined with the test results,we knew that the on-line monitoring system can correctly collect of the monitoring parameters,Wireless sensor network(WSN)network works well and the parameters of the collection can be safely transferred to the receiver,PC Lab VIEW monitoring home page works properly,each function has no problems.The monitoring system works safely and have a stable performance,comply with the design of the original vision.
