With the rapid development of China's economy,the large operating machinery in the foundation section of the national economy such as agriculture,manufacturing and construction plays a more and more important role.A number of the technology such as network,information,intelligence is used to maintenance and management of the large operating machinery.Based on the sensor web,this paper uses a number of the advanced technology such as location technology,mobile communications and data processing for the large operating machinery.It is designed that a remote monitoring system of the large operating machinery has the cutting performance for hardware and software and the good real-time performance.It is based on the Samsung crop Exynos4412 processor,which is the information processing center.The monitoring state information is sent to the Exynos4412 processor by the sensor network.And the system data interaction is completed by the communication module.The main contents are as follow:(1)Two kinds of network construction modes of sensor networks are deeply studied.Based on the characteristics of the remote monitoring,the CAN bus is used as the physical layer communication mode of sensor network.It is designed that the overall scheme of remote monitoring divides the system into sensor network,front end controller,remote monitoring center,and the field monitoring terminal.(2)According to the functional and performance requirements,the hardware design of the system is accomplished.The hardware design of position module is completed.And the hardware design of the communication module,the wireless communication module and the sensor network communication module is fulfilled.The acquisition hardware for message such as video data,vibration data,stress data and temperature data is designed.By the way,a general-purpose power management module for the built-in power supply grade of large operating machinery is designed.(3)The design of the Linux driver and kernel based on Samsung Exynos4412 platform is accomplished.And it is designed to transplant the system through OTG.(4)The data of position module is analyzed.The software design of wireless communication module,position module and CAN communication module is accomplished.In addition,the software of video and sensor data acquisition circuit is designed.(5)The wireless communication protocol between the front controller and the remote monitoring center is designed.Finally,in order to test the function of the remote monitoring system by the remote monitoring center,the monitoring system is installed on the large agricultural machine Dongfanghong LF2204.It shows that the system can realize the state information acquisition and remote control of large-scale operation machinery,which provides the technical reference for the intelligent management such as manage scheduling and precision jobs of the large-scale operation machinery.
