The development of science and technology has changed the traditional way of information transmission,from the ancient mail a letter to the present instant online social networking,a variety of information transmission provides various of instant messaging,also enriched the People's Daily life,especially represented by micro-blog social networking platform,a steady stream of instant,publicly push out all areas,a variety of huge amounts of information,many businesses through the microblogging platform promotion of new products,or coupon,obtain customer resources,and fans by participating in comments published their own views,these mass fragmentation information constitute the access to new information source of competitive intelligence.In addition to the platform of information resources,mutual concern between micro-blog user behavior also constitutes the virtual personal social network,for the study of information between network propagation law,obtain the interpersonal contact knowledge,carrying out competitive intelligence work of far-reaching significance.Although micro-blog has inherent advantages in competitive intelligence,but there are also some shortcomings,such as lack of information system of micro-blog,fast dynamic information updating platform,false information more,micro-blog post short forms,the lack of competitive intelligence has increased the difficulty of obtaining the maximum.So how to avoid weaknesses to obtain intelligence value has become a hot topic in academic research.Firstly,the characteristics of micro-blog,based on the information dissemination model demonstrates micro-blog as the enterprise competitive intelligence information source,realize the feasibility of competitive intelligence collection;secondly through the analysis of information acquisition module,constructs the system framework of competitive intelligence collection,put forward the main mode of collecting competitive intelligence;and then use the fragment information analysis method and social network analysis to analyze the data crawling method,and related to the micro-blog car music as a super case;finally,competitive intelligence strategy for micro-blog's enterprise competitive intelligence based on challenges and opportunities to further study in the future enterprise competitive intelligence work to provide reference.
