The Competitive Intelligence Mining Of Enterprise Technology Based On Patent Analysis

Enterprise development is greatly influenced by competitive technical intelligence and has an increasingly demand of its quantity and quality.Thus,the methods of acquiring enterprise competitive intelligence has become one of the key research contents.In numerous methods of competitive intelligence,patent information is the most convenient and efficient technology competitive intelligence source.Based on the patent information analysis and mining,we can understand the level of industrial technology development,and obtain a competitor's technology development status and tendency,so as to guide the enterprise technology and product research and development.Firstly,the author introduces the system of patent analysis methods using literature research method and comparative analysis,on the basis of domestic and foreign research situation,and compare the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of various patent analysis methods.Secondly,the acquiring principles,the sources and the approaches of competitive technical intelligence are discussed.The patent information's effects in acquiring enterprise competitive intelligence are analyzed.And patent analysis' s values on mining competitive technical intelligence are explored.And then,the author introduces the steps of competitive intelligence and Concrete implementation methods,and sums up the contents of acquiring competitive intelligence with the patent information retrieval technology from the macro and micro perspective respectively.Finally,this paper shows us the empirical study about patent macro analysis and micro analysis methods taking domestic autostereoscopy industry as an example,and count the index of patent quantity,patent type,patent holder and the IPC classification.This paper aims to provide decision-making references for relevant enterprises by analyzing the industry situation,industry trend,current major rivals and research and development hotspots.
