"From 0 To 10w+":Operation Scheme For Sweetbullet Personal Wechat Public Account

WeChat public platform has become a blockbuster since established at Aug 23,2012.Until the end of 2016,it is reported by iiMedia Research that WeChat accounts number has exceeded 12 million,and will reach 14.15 billion in 2017.In the passed four years,WeChat public platform has changed the pattern and ecology of mass media,it has also changed the routine of many people's life.However,challenge comes with opportunity.As the competition among self-media intensifies,information overloads and the number of daily active user decreases.Such negative phenomenon attributes to the product lifecycle,also to the low quality of contents,dated planning of online activities and promotion.Therefore,WeChat public account operators have to improve Internet operation skills and innovative the way of thinking.I have opened up a personal WeChat public account,named SweetBullet,at Feb 19,2016.After an over-one-year trial,SweetBullet has accumulated over 10 thousand followers,and has pushed 3 essays that read by over 100 thousand people.Quite successful results inspire me to write this article.My research and experience is made to help new Internet operators get start quickly.This article has four chapters.Chapter 1 is In.troduction,introducing the design background,design motive and research methods.Chapter 2 is Pre-analysis and Investigation,analyzing the character of targeted market and users,preparing for position and operation.Chapter 3 is the main part which is SweetBullet's Operation Design.In this chapter,I will present content and activity operation method in details,and offer four practicable promotion channels.Chapter 4 is Assessment and Optimization.First,I will test the effect of what I do mentioned in chapter 3,according to a standard designed to assess "WeChat communication index".Then,I will summarize the whole design and suggest optimization strategies.
