The Emoticons Symbol Construction And Communication Effect Study Of People's Net Sina Micro-blog

Entering in the 1990 s,the Internet has made great changes in people's life.Online emoticons have different styles,such as ASCII characters,yellow faces and the custom forms,which have taken on a unique phenomenon in recent years.As the results of network expression's evolution,emoticons combine expression,posture with gesture in a clever way,which convey the human emotion and psychological mood in the process of communication.With the coming of a new century,the transition in main-stream medias has been involved in the storm of Media Convergence.The main problems,new conditions,new communication patterns,new guiding patterns,new audience and market,have become the key to realize main-stream media's innovation.However,the arise of emoticons surprised us in a short time.Throughout the world,both SNS and social App,the emoticons have upgraded to a standard of social action with its visual experiences and social characters.Then,emoticons start to be a set of popular network discourse system,and come into the vision of main-stream communication.This study adopts the angel of mess communication theory as the main theory,and apply the emoticons construction of Sina Weibo of People's Net as the main clue.This article also divided into four parts.First of all,the article discusses the origin of emoticons,the status of domestic development and the application in media news.The purpose is to clarifying its historical evolution and other basic concepts.Then,the article analyses the design of the emoticons symbol in sina weibo of People's Net.In this way,we can get the background,the construction mechanism and the general characteristics,and we also answer the questions in specific strategies.Third,the article wants to survey the effect in the audience's cognition,emotion,behavior and other aspects.Finally,based on the above results,this study tries to answer the questions which brought by sina Weibo of people's net in the communication process based on the above results.Throughout the research,we can make a conclusion.The new medias get an unprecedented development opportunity under the background of the national media convergence strategy and the main-stream media's innovation.The sina weibo of People's Net gets much support by people with its emoticons,and it also find the balance between main-stream media and people's views.The emoticons construction plays positive rule in the field of promoting audience's attention and guiding social public opinion.However,The main-stream media should be aware of social responsibilities to avoid entertaining,provincial and copyright-anomie tendency in the specific construction process.
