Technology Resource Sharing Service Platform Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises Based On OFBIZ

As the local information resources,technical resources are important information resources of the government and enterprise archives.Over a long period of time,technology resources play a significant role in the accumulation of resources,which promote the development of the society.With the development of our society,the proportion of science and technology resources is also growing,meanwhile more and more small and medium-sized enterprises to obtain more and less resources.The utilization efficiency of resources is not in direct proportion to the amount of resources,which greatly reduces the development speed of enterprises.To this end,on the basis of the analysis of relevant research technology resources at home and abroad,this paper realizes the centralized management and sharing platform of resources at all levels of the province,city and county by using OFBIZ framework.Using Web services as an open application programming interface(API)provides an interface to share resource information for the third party platform.The use of Web services as an open application interface to do the work and the contribution of the main include the following aspects:1.The present situation of science and technology resources which are shared at home and abroad was discussed,and the demand of Mianyang city science and technology resources was analyzed.The significant technology of the platform construction is determined,and the corresponding sharing solution strategy is proposed.2.The system uses the object-oriented design thought and three kinds of models,which have completed the overall structure,the system analysis and the design.It greatly improves the maintainability,which is convenient for the subsequent upgrade of the system.3.System use Web Service Technology and use XML file as a cross platform data carrier.System implementation is compatible with the old and new systems developed by different languages.System makes it easy to share the resources of science and technology with different development languages and different system structures.
