In the foundry business, the timely and effective maintenance of the equipment is an important guarantee to improve the silicon wafer production capacity and the excellent and good rate.In order to meet the practical, easy maintenance, scalability requirements, it's necessary to upgrade the preventative maintenance system base on the new demands of users and potential demands.In this paper, a practical application of the transformation project, the equipment maintenance system for the functional requirements, system design and system framework for the detailed design study of a great deal of depth and put forward a number of new programs and technology.
