Recently “cooperative development and sharing”becomes the new option forlibraries and information institutions in developing the technological innovationinformation resources with the newly flourish of science technology and the gradualpromotion of the information network level and information society as a whole calledfor meeting the increasing need of technological innovation information resources.The demand of Library users has undergone a fundamental change in terms of thecontent as well as the way of technological innovation information resources.They askfor a library information service which is novel and comprehensive in content, variousin forms and in the sources of information instead a single one.
