Recently “cooperative development and sharing”becomes the new option forlibraries and information institutions in developing the technological innovationinformation resources with the newly flourish of science technology and the gradualpromotion of the information network level and information society as a whole calledfor meeting the increasing need of technological innovation information resources. The demand of Library users has undergone a fundamental change in terms of thecontent as well as the way of technological innovation information resources. They askfor a library information service which is novel and comprehensive in content, variousin forms and in the sources of information instead a single one. The demands ofLibrary users in technological innovation information resources are oftencomprehensive and integrated which a separate document information organizationcannot complete independently, therefore, the co-construction and sharing of libraryin technological innovation information resources is inevitable. As the RationalAllocation and Optimization Adjustment of information resource, the co-constructionof Information resource serves as an important way to solve the contradiction ininformation explosion and inadequate collection ability,an Optimization ofinformation service work and which is also an effective way to improve the utilizationratio of information resources.Based on the co-construction of technologicalinnovation information resources, effective ways of information resources sharingshould be built to meet the information demands of document informationorganization users. In conclusion, the co-construction and sharing of technologicalinnovation information resources is the inevitable outcome of the development ofknowledge-society.When referring to the co-construction of technological innovation informationresources, the mode of the co-construction of technological innovation information resources can’t be omitted. The co-construction of technological innovationinformation resources can’t run smoothly unless it follows certain mode of theco-construction. In the mode of co-construction of technological innovationinformation resources, the member-pavilions (mainly library), participating in theco-construction of technological innovation information resources in a certainprotocol and way.According to their own collection quantity, quality and features, allof the member-pavilions following the agreed standards take part in theco-construction process to form an overall system of the technological innovationinformation resources. The ultimate goal of co-construction between libraries is the sharing oftechnological innovation information resources, the mode of the sharing of thetechnological innovation information resources means that the member-pavilions(mainly library, scientific research institutes, etc.) participating in the co-constructionshare data and resources when the co-construction data is completed while certainprotocols, standards, way and principle should be followed.Nowadays, the main modesof information resources sharing in China are:interlibrary loan and document delivery, reference service, open access.and so on.Starting from the perspective of library, the thesis taking technological innovationinformation resources as the main body, analyzes co-construction and sharing oftechnological innovation information resources. The thesis emphatically discuss thetheories of co-construction&sharing as well as the cooperative mode based on theresearch on co-construction&sharing and technological innovation informationresources, thus guides the building of co-construction mode and sharing mode oflibrary in technological innovation information resources...
