Regular physical examination has certain protection effect for human healthy.In the traditional way,physical examination is often conducted by people in fixed hospital.However,many young people or the elderly in some communities are reluctant or inconvenient to go to the hospital to check.Remote medical monitoring system has become the health protection of the warm communities,due to the high cost of the application and maintenance of the system,only some high-end communities are equipped with this system at home and abroad.In order to reduce the cost of communities remote medical monitoring system and benefit the majority of people in this paper,human health telemonitoring system based on embedded system is proposed and applied to communities.The following research have been accomplished.Firstly,the following detection parameters are proposed for the system including electrocardiogram,body temperature signal and image signal.The principle of physiological signal generation and detection is analyzed and discussed in detail.Secondly,Linux system development platform based on embedded system is proposed,and divids the whole system into several subsystems including ecg acquisition subsystem,temperature acquisition subsystem,blood oxygen saturation acquisition subsystem,image acquisition subsystem,TCP network transmission subsystem and Boa's web server subsystem.The circuit of ARM chip based on S5PV210 is designed.Then,software design and system testing are carried out for the whole system.The software design includes the embedded development environment including the construction of the cross compilation environment,the construction of the Samba server and the implementation of TFTP and NFS services.Building embedded Linux includes the compilation and migration of Uboot,Linux system compilation and migration,NFS root file system production and loading.Server-side programming includes the main program design based on Epoll structure,physiological parameters acquisition subsystem(I2C/SPI driver architecture,character driven)design,the design of image collection subsystem based on V4L2,the design of the network transmission system based on open SSL encryption,the realization of the Web server Boa and CGI program design,implementation of Sqlite database management and writing of the Makefile.The client uses the HTML language to design the web interface of the remote monitoring system.Finally,the function of the system is tested.The data collected shows that the system can collect the health data from the client remotely and satisfies the design requirements of the system.
