N-academy's Design And Development Of Induction Course System For Training New Teachers Based On E-learning

E-learning training techniques have been used widely in the enterprise after decades development.At the same time,it offers flexible time and convenient space for the improvement of staff's ability of learning and working.It can reduce the cost of training and make the transmission of enterprise training information more standardized.However,compared with the developed countries,the development of Elearning in Chinese enterprise is still lagging.Especially,there are certain defects in development and design.This paper aims at improving the level of training system based on E-learning and the level and efficiency of staff training.This thesis took N-Academy's Induction course system as the research object.First of all,the theory and technology of E-learning training based on multimedia was analyzed and discussed.This thesis introduces the basic theory of modern learning and teaching design,the basic theory of E-learning and related technical foundation of information technology,computer technology,and multimedia technology.Then there is an analysis to induction course system belonging to N Academy.Its existing problems and current status are analyzed.First,it analyzed the learning need,learner teaching objectives and specific content of learners.And it is found that there are problems in preliminary analysis,interact,feedback,the effectiveness of review and summary,learning support,selection of pictures and text layout.Based on above analysis,it introduced softwares like Authorware,MySQL,Flex.At the end of this research,it carried out the optimize design and development of Induction course system based on E-learning.Hoping that this thesis can offer certain reference to E-learning application on the development of induction course system for enterprise and colleges.Of course,improvement of training effectiveness is final goal.
