After making the deep and systematic research and study on the network hardware environment, requirement of teachers and students, related educational and instructive theories and features in the course, this thesis provides a new idea to develop an assistant training subsystem for the course of "teacher's classroom language", during which there are the proportion imbalance between teachers and students and the distinct difference in dialect as well as accent among students in campus when we learn, in certain degree, the main characteristics of dialect and accent in some west inner Mongolia regions. It is impossible that no language standard in training of "teacher's classroom language". To modern Chinese, it is "mandarin". Following the thread of class instruction assistant, taking full use of current network, this training subsystem designs to provide related and shared multimedia resources, to create the circumstances with standard sounds and focuses on the training in mandarin mainly, with auxiliary general spoken Chinese and teacher professional spoken Chinese, this subsystem integrates with other testing and examining subsystem to accomplish a wholly assistant learning system, which alleviates the principle contradiction during"teacher's classroom language"instruction. In practice, through using the JSP development tools etc, integrating the specific educational theories and IT means, organizing the reasonable layout of web pages, we mainly present the audio and video materials transferring focused on limited areas, create dynamically and manager effectively multimedia material DB, organize the training content and accomplish the aim of reinforcement training. In the first section, paper analyzes the situation of campus network environment and mandarin training currently and states the instructive signification of our projection. In the second section, systematically analyzes the related theory and technology, including the choice of DB. In the third section mainly presents the ideas of designing subsystem and provides the whole concrete process of project from requirement to completion. In the last one, presents features and shortages of using training subsystem, meanwhile we also provide advice on its further development.
