In the agricultural economy,agricultural greenhouses are mainly to provide people with anti-section of vegetables and fruits,the economic benefits are very good.However,greenhouse crops require high environmental conditions and a suitable growing environment that will increase the yield and quality of crop harvests.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the environmental factors of agricultural greenhouses in real time,efficiently and accurately,and provide data support for scientific management of greenhouses in order to improve crop yield,save manpower,improve accurate production and increase crop income.Based on the wireless sensor network as the communication base and ZigBee technology as the means to realize the environment,a low-power,high-performance wireless greenhouse environmental monitoring system is designed according to the requirements of the actual greenhouse environment.The work and innovation are as follows:1.According to the design function requirements,built to ZigBee communication network,the main control unit STM32F103VBT6,4G modules and remote terminals and other major components to build the wireless sensor network agricultural greenhouse data acquisition hardware system.Details of the sensor selection and hardware circuit design.Taking into account the actual location of the greenhouse environment,put forward the use of solar cells as the main power supply,the battery,supplemented by the power supply program.2.Introduce the software compilation environment IAR;all kinds of acquisition sensor and 4G module and remote service terminal software implementation and code preparation.In order to reduce the interference of noise and the power consumption of nodes,a Kalman filter algorithm is proposed to deal with the transmission data.In the MATLAB environment,the effect of the proposed algorithm is simulated.3.The system to run the test and debugging.After running the test,the system network communication is smooth,the work is stable,can realize the multi-parameter greenhouse crop information monitoring and real-time transmission,meet the low power consumption and the high precision demand.The design can accurately and effectively achieve the greenhouse temperature and humidity,light and CO2 concentration and other environmental information detection and control,has a certain practical significance.
