Research On The Resource Management Of The Library Of Higher Vocational College In Hefei

Since the twenty-first Century,higher vocational education in our country has been developing rapidly,and has become an important part of higher education.Especially in recent years,regardless of the various documents of the Ministry of education,or national leaders have repeatedly stressed the importance of Vocational education.As one of the four big cities of science and education in China,Hefei's vocational education is also in the forefront of Anhui province.As one of the three pillars of higher education institutions,library is the information resource center of Higher Vocational colleges.Resource management has been the core work of the library,especially in the network environment environment.How to provide various library resources for teachers and students and even for the public is a very important topic.This paper first describes the development direction of Library Resource Management in higher vocational colleges,which mainly reflected in the following five aspects:library information resources access to the network transfer,the library collection structure tends to be diversified,the collection organization management to be more flexible,readers access to library resources in a variety of ways and library information construction has been paid more and more attention.Next the basic situation of the library of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hefei area are analyzed and summed up.A series of effective measures have been taken by the library resources management of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hefei area in recent years.Then it points out six existing problems in the library resources management in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hefei area,the inadequate attention,inadequate funding,professional personnel a serious lack of resources,lack of management system,unreasonable collection structure.The utilization rate of books continues to decline.The use of digital resources is inconvenient.The basic lack of mobile services and the publicity of the library itself is not enough,and the library resources are for the readers only,and the social service is missing.Finally,it puts forward some concrete countermeasures and measures,mainly improve the leadership degree of attention to the library facilities,continue to increase the resources construction,talent team construction,the timely introduction of paper procurement methods,improve the subject librarian system,optimize the resource of the library,improve the paper literature resources procurement method,pay attention to the library structure,publicity and promotion of library resources and integrate into the local community,highlight the cultural function of the library.The research in this paper can also be referred to the managers of other higher vocational college libraries in Hefei,and provides important practical guidance for the construction of the library in this area.
