The Design And Implementation Of The Online Examination System Based On The Test-Paper Intelligent-Organizing

As an important application of the computer-assistant education, the development and research of the online examination system has always been a significant aspect in the education reform. The online examination system is a hot project in recent years. In this paper, the designing and implementation of the online examination system are discussed in details on the basis of the actual circumstances at school. The algorithm of test-paper organizing and the construction of the system of the item bank have been analyzed and discussed in particular.A detailed elaboration on the main functions of the online examination system has been given and the overall designing plan of the system has been proposed, and main modules and database of the system has been designed in details.First, in this paper, the theoretical foundation of the system of the item bank has been analyzed and studied, and the constructing scheme of the system of the item bank has been proposed, including the setup of the parameters of the item bank, the distribution of the attribute and the constructing principle of the item bank, then a commonly used algorithm has been introduced, the tactics and the algorithm of the test-paper intelligent-organizing have been analyzed and researched, the method and the philosophy of the test-paper automatic-organizing have been proposed, the tactics and the algorithm to be adopted have been confirmed, and the concrete steps of the test-paper intelligent-organizing and the programming plans have been explained.Through further research and detailed analyses, the online examination system based on B/S structure, ASP technology and SQL Server 2000 backstage database has been designed and realized. The system incorporates all the functions of online test, online practice, paper-making, paper-checking, score-consulting, statistic-analyzing and test paper-managing.The online examination system provides an efficient means of evaluating the online education and plays a significant role in promoting the socialization and modernization of education. The project of constructing the online testing system, as proposed in the paper, can be widely applied to the online education.
