With the development of social economy and the progress of science and technology,China's demand for power resources is growing.The construction of smart grid is not only in line with the direction of China's power grid development,but also an important strategy for the people's livelihood.The construction of smart grid not only requires the grid to develop in the direction of informationization and digitization,but also integrate the modern electronic information industry into the traditional power industry,improve the work efficiency,reduce the cost and form the common development of multi-industry.The construction of electricity information collection system is an important part of the smart grid which is in line with today's global power grid development requirements and electronic information and data platform construction requirements,so that it becomes the construction of smart grid tasks in the top priority.The electricity information collection system is an important task for automatic collection,high efficient sharing and real-time monitoring of power consumption,and the important basis of intelligent service system,at the same time it becomes the important source of user's information.A batter electrical information collection system is necessary for building a strong smart grid,so as to achieve the power system "full coverage,full collection,full charge control" of the target.This paper first draws on the national grid company standard system construction plan,it starts from the analysis of domestic and international electricity information collection system research status.the construction of information collection system is deeply studied.It discusses the construction of electricity information collection system and the importance of important significance.Then,based on the practical experience of the construction and application of the electricity collecting system in the daily work,the knowledge of the electricity collecting system is expounded,the master station and the user terminal of the electricity collecting system are designed,And the core architecture and software platform of the user terminal are studied and analyzed in detail.Finally,the realization and application of the electricity collecting system are discussed.It will lay a solid foundation for further optimization and improvement of power users' information collection system in the future.
