For a long time, power collection system is sub-professional, sub-regional, sub-techniques. Power supply enterprises are unable to timely and accurately grasp the power consumption data. It is unable to meet the requirements of strong smart grid and new marketing business development needs. In this paper, combined with my participation in the Beijing Electric Power Company to deploy the implementation of smart information collection system optimization design of practical experience, based on research background in elaborated, research status and intelligence information collection system related technologies and the power basic situation of enterprises, I analysis of key issues, put forward intelligent information collection system optimization objectives and principles. I created a local intelligence information collection system communication channel contrasting indicators. Through detailed test comparison of a typical communication channel differences, I have demonstrated micro-power wireless communications intelligence information collection system as a local communication channel applicability. I detailed analysis of the smart meter prepaid supported by a variety of different management models, and the corresponding optimization strategies. Meanwhile, I proposed covering residential users, commercial and industrial customers to optimize metering points metering device configuration policies. Through the intelligent information collection system in customer service, marketing, business and other professional business application, I proved that the intelligent application of information collection system helps improve power enterprise management and economic benefits.Intelligent optimization of information collection system designed to meet the smart grid smart electricity requirements. It solves the typical problems of the information collection system in the power supply enterprise actual implementation process.
