The current educational model is standardized and Standardization of assessment criteria,the educational concept is obsolete,the personnel training mode is single,the knowledge system is incompatible with the new technology,the educational platform is weak,the coordination and innovation mechanism is weak,the knowledge,the light practice,the heavy foundation,the light task.Heavy results,light process,has been unable to adapt to the new technology era of personnel training of high quality,diversity and innovative requirements.With the development of Internet,Internet of things and large data technology,countries are exploring a joint laboratory for the integration of technology,to provide an interdisciplinary integrated experimental platform to meet the needs of intelligent learning for innovative education A strong environmental protection.On the basis of analyzing the innovation education model at home and abroad and the status quo of the construction of the experimental system,the author puts forward and constructs the first science and technology cooperation and the production of the Beidou + Science and education experimental service system.On the basis of the research and realization of the Pseudo-range differential positioning technology of Beidou grid,the first experimental platform for intelligent campus and intelligent learning is put forward and designed,especially the comprehensive experimental platform of car network,focusing on its functional objectives and design Principles and system construction programs were analyzed.This paper designs the resource security mechanism of "'resource review network and authorized use of resources",and designs a unified space-time communication protocol to solve the problem of heterogeneous data transmission.This paper developed the Beidou + space-time complex new engineering wisdom to learn fixed and mobile two types of experimental terminals.For the fixed experimental terminal,according to the user level is divided into ordinary experimental terminal and advanced experimental terminal;This paper studies the GNSS/INS combination positioning technology,realizes the stable lane-level positioning in the urban traffic environment and uses it for the SM3RT vehicle test terminal,and forms the universal vehicle networking equipment under the urban traffic environment.Through the construction of the base strengthen station in the education network,to build a network of high-precision navigation and positioning experimental environment,the development and design of a series,research and industrial application of organic combination of the curriculum system,and scientific research and experimental methods were designed.The preliminary results show that the construction of wide area Beidou grid enhanced space-time interlinked science and education collaborative experimental service system in the education network,which can effectively solve the problem of weakening of innovation education platform,provide a comprehensive experimental environment for the new interdisciplinary engineering intelligent learning,case teaching,research learning "teaching mode can promote the coordinated development of scientific research and teaching,provides a theoretical and practical basis for the new development of ecological engineering innovation education.
