With the increasing maturity of networking technology, building equipment IOT technology solves the collaborative awareness, network support, high-performance integrated applications and other issues in intelligent buildings, and achieves the comprehensive perception and intelligent control in buildings of each system. However, no location information of the building networking equipment is included to manage the system, which makes it difficult to maintain and manage the building networking equipments effectively and quickly when they are faulty without learning the specific locations of the faulty equipments. In addition, the distribution process of building networking equipments is not traceable in real time, which is not conducive to the dispatch of the distribution process and unable to aware and solve the problem of the delay of delivering goods,etc. For the lack of buliding equipment IOT system, this paper made a thorough research for the comprehensive application of "Compass" sattellite navigation technology and Web GIS technology. Specific research follows:First, this paper introduces the background and significance of the subject. Besides, it analyzes the existing building equipment IOT system, the "Beidou" satellite navigation technology and the geographic information Web services technology. This paper proposes application solutions under the multi-technology integration in the building equipment networking system based on the "Beidou" geographic information. Second, in order to realize the positioning and timing function for building networking equipments, on the basis of in-depth analysis of the building equipment IOT system, this paper designed a positioning module for the things of building equipments based on the "Beidou" system by using "Beidou" satellite navigation technology and433MHz wireless communication technology. The positioning module can upload real-time geographic information and working condition information to the server through the building equipment networking node, which is helpful for comprehensive analysis and application of the system. Again, this paper designed a dimensional code logistic retrospective module based on the "Beidou" system by using "Beidou" satellite navigation technology, GPRS technology and dimensional code technology. The dimensional code logistic retrospective module can transmit the location and time information of building networking equipments in distribution process to the server in real time, which is helpful for comprehensive analysis and application of the System. Finally, Web GIS technology is applied to the building equipment IOT system. This paper designed the building equipment IOT Web GIS platform. The building equipment IOT Web GIS platform makes it possible for users and managers to operate GIS maps and device information on the internet, trace the distribution process of building networking equipments in real time, and view job status or the specific geographic locations of the building networking equipments.Design and implementation of the positioning module for the things of building equipments based on the "Beidou" system, design and implementation of the dimensional code logistic retrospective module based on the "Beidou" system, and design of building equipment IOT Web GIS platform make locations of the building networking equipments incorporated into the management system, which improves management functions of the building equipment IOT system. The fusion applications of the building equipment IOT technology and the "Beidou" satellite navigation technology and the Web GIS technology promotes the development of the building equipment IOT technology.
