The cooperative communication is the important technology to confront the channel fading. Code cooperation strengthen the ability of cooperative communication system confront channel decline by applying the channel coding to the cooperative communication. At recently, code cooperation has been received great attention. The researches focus on Turbo code cooperation and LDPC code cooperation. Space-time code cooperation transmits owner’s information and partner’s information in uplink channel by applying the space-time transmits to code cooperation. Space-time code cooperation strengthens the channel utilization ratio and reduces the outage probability of system. Partner selection is the important stage of cooperative communication. Nowadays, the best SNR strategy is the main strategy. This paper achieve the space-time code cooperation by applying network coding to Turbo code cooperation and research the best power allocation of DF cooperation through math derivation and research the strategy of partner selection base on the best SNR strategy and SNR stability. The main works of this paper are as follow:(1) This dissertation achieve space-time code cooperation base on Turbo code cooperation by applying network coding. The result of simulation shows the space-time code cooperation can strengthen the utilization ratio of channel and reduce the outage probability of system, compare with the Turbo code cooperation, the outage probability of space-time code cooperation average reduce10%and compare with the DF system, the outage probability of space-time code cooperation average reduce20%.(2) This paper research the best strategy power allocation of DF system through the math derivation. The result of simulation shows that the equal power allocation is the best power allocation strategy of DF system.(3) This dissertation studies the partner selection strategy of DF cooperative system due to combine the best SNR strategy and SNR stability. The researches focus on outage probability and communicate delay. The result of simulation shows that although the outage probability of the strategy which is base on the best SNR strategy and SNR stability is more10%than the best SNR strategy, the communication delay is less50%than the best SNR strategy.
