In recent years,the city's population is growing with the continuous development of China's urbanization,which cause that city "disease" highlights furtherly such as traffic congestion,environmental pollution,unreasonable resources and energy use,low efficiency of government affairs,high cost of citizen public business and low level of city management and service.Therefore,the traditional urban development and management model has been unable to solve the problems encountered in the process of urban development.With the rapid development of mobile Internet.Internet of things,cloud computing,big data and geographic information technology,the new generation of information technology is applied to the construction of smart city,which has the advantage of saving manpower,material and financial resources in city planning and construction as well as improving the city management and service level and the city operational efficiency.This can help to realize green,low-carbon and sustainable urban development."The 13th Five-Year plan of 'Wisdom Spring City" proposed to vigorously promote the construction of information and communication infrastructure,intelligent industry development and smart city public services while focusing on horizontal integration and sharing of information and taking public platform construction as a breakthrough,at the same time providing the public with a more convenient living and working environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a City Service system for Ji'nan.In this paper,a City Service system is designed and implemented based on the investigation and analysis of current development situation of smart city in Ji'nan.This paper firstly introduces the background of the thesis,secondly,the author makes a research and analysis on the present situation of the smart cities construction and development both at home and abroad,and then through the analysis of the smart city development process in Ji'nan,the main content and significance of this paper are introduced.Through the analysis of user's business needs and functional requirements of the City Service System based on the China Rainbow computer,this paper design a system which is composed of Android client,Web server and MySQL database.The system is C/S architecture,in which the Android client communicate with the server through the latest OkHttp network framework,and the client and server transfer data using JSON data format.In addition,the design of UI and each functional module of client,the design of the server framework and the design of the database forms are completed.Each function module of the client is developed using Eclipse development platform according to the design specification of MVC design pattern,which can provide the users with the function of news browsing,Ji'nan weather query,Ji'nan bus station information query and navigation,Ji'nan bus station ticket information query,real-time bus information query,gas station information query and navigation,vehicle violation query,social security and accumulation fund query,and so on.On the server side,the distance between the gas station and the user is calculated by.latitude and longitude,and the distance from the user to the gas station is arranged from small to large by using the quick sort algorithm.Finally,the Robotium test tool is used to test the functionality of the client,and the Monkey stress test tool is used to test the performance of the client in order to ensure the reliability and stability of the system.This set of multi-functional system provides services to Ji'nan citizens,which not only brings great convenience to the public but also improves the efficiency of government.At the same time,this system can improve the city management and service level of Ji'nan government and eventually promote the development of Wisdom Spring City.
