Research On Production Scheduling In Personalized Customization

With the development of industrial 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing technology,personalized customization as a new production paradigm shows a rapid development trend.Production scheduling is one of the core challenges of personalized customization.In this paper,the following research work is carried out on the problem of personalized customization scheduling.? Under the intelligent manufacturing,analysis the personalized customization production model.Analyzes the conditions and characteristics of personalized customized production in intelligent manufacturing workshop,and describes the characteristics of its production scheduling and th e difference from traditional dispatch.? For discrete intelligent workshop,this paper establish multi-target personalized production dynamic scheduling mathematical model.Analyze dynamic scheduling and establish dynamic scheduling strategy for abnormal situation and emergency insertion.Improve the MMAS algorithm,use the elite strategy and domain perturbation strategy,to obtain the scheduling scheme.? To establish a random expectation value multi-target personalized customization production flexible-dynamic scheduling model.Consider the stochastic expected production scenario where the order processing time is uncertain.The two-level improved MMAS algorithm is used to obtain the scheduling scheme.? Empirical study.This paper takes the customization orderof a company as an example,collects the data of each order and equipment processing,and makes an empirical research on the personalized design of the flexible custom production and the random scheduling model in the intelligent workshop production activity.The results show that the personalized customization scheduling model in the intelligent manufacturing is reasonable,and the dynamic scheduling method is used to solve the production scheduling problem,and the results are achieved.
