Design And Implementation Of Administrative Management Information System Of A University Based On B/S Structure

With the wide application of computer technology and the gradually promoted “Internet plus” concept,information system has become an indispensable part of our daily life.Office Automation(OA)is one of the forms of information system.It is a new office model which combines modernized office model with information technology.First,this thesis,with a certain university's administration as the breakthrough point,analyzes the demand of the system,including its main business process and function demand.Meanwhile,the thesis also clarifies the principles and purposes of developing the system as well as the necessity of constructing it;next,based on the demand analysis,the thesis designs the system in detail,including the concept design and logic design;last,according to the design purposes,the thesis elaborates the key technology and algorithm used in the system design,such as the algorithm of mutual exchange between XML model and relation model and between Word documents and XML Word as well as the ways of realizing the main business.The system is constructed on the basis of B/S model of XML.The main business procedures are realized through WEB application.Data exchange is done based on the standard middle ware of XML,thus realizing the process of electronic materials of heterogeneous data sources.The administration system,designed in this thesis,has been successfully applied in a certain university.The system has its important realistic significance in improving business efficiency,decreasing errors caused by human beings and saving human resources cost.
