Current social development has shown the importance of information technologyfor the campus office, the previous management system was decentralized andindependent, not only increasing the cost of office staff can not meet today’s complexapplication, so the development of office automation management system becomesparticularly important.Through the present paper office management and systematic studies of officewith practical problems in the design and implementation of J2EE-based officeautomation system. Paper first describes the research status office management system,introduces J2EE related technologies and analyzes the office management systemrequirements, including functional and non-functional requirements, on this basis, itgives the system ’s architecture application architecture design and network architecturedesigned to Visual Studio.NET development tools as a platform to achieve send andreceive text management, conference management, bulletin management, employeeinformation management, document management major functional modules, and theoffice management systems.Finally, office management function modules were tested, it tested in goodcondition and the system has been on-line and preliminary application.
