Xi'an International Logistic Park,Smart City Administration,Information System Design

Nowadays,our society has been advancing fast,the way we manage our city also needs advance.Follow the trend of many cities,in order to efficiently govern city,coordinate different social departments,facilitate citizens,Xi'an International Logistics Park starts to construct its Smart City Administration.The author designs the information system ofSmart City Administration System of Xi'an International Logistics Park.First,we review the current practiceand research of Smart City Administration.After analyzing theneeds,functionalities and techniques,we construct an overall framework of the Smart City Administration System,which is consist of four functional layers and two systems.Nine main functionsystems and three extended function system are designed.Then,we apply modern telecommunication technology,modulesintegration,service GIS,database persistency techniques to test our design,implement it in really life and assess its effect.The results show us that our design suits the needs of Xi'an International Logistics Park and provide valid theoretical foundation for its Smart City Administration construction,which facilitates the future administration work of Xi'an International Logistics Park.
