Traditional industrial automation gradually can not meet the needs of informationization and intelligence because the hierarchical structure of it is quite complex,and the integration degree of it is not high.As a new type of technology,cloud computing has been gradually applied to various fields,such as intelligent transportation,e-government and financial industry with its innovative service model,and has achieved practical results at the same time.Industrial automation is also an important area of cloud computing applications.Meanwhile,the government has introduced policies to vigorously promote the deep integration of industrialization and informatization.Therefore,industrial cloud,a new technology which combines cloud computing with industrial automation,will become a new research hotspot.Firstly,the concept of cloud computing is introduced,and the main cloud platforms are analyzed in this paper,The industrial cloud architecture and its key technologies are analyzed in detail.Then,the OpenStack cloud platform and its core components and working principle are introduced,and the hardware deployment architecture and software deployment process of OpenStack in introduced in detail.Through the combination of industrial software and cloud computing platform,an industry cloud platform architecture based on OpenStack is proposed,and the realization method of the industrial cloud platform architecture is introduced in this paper.In order to verify the feasibility of the proposed industrial cloud platform architecture,by taking the four-tank system as the controlled object,the functions of data acquisition,picture monitoring are realized with the help of industrial software STEP7 and WinCC on the cloud host.Communication connection between cloud host and S7-300 PLC is introduced in detail in this paper.With the aid of the Simulink control module built on the cloud host,the four-water tank is controlled in real time.Finally,Some functions of MES system are developed based on SIEMENS MES software SIMATIC IT on the industrial cloud platform.In SIMATIC IT,the real-time state of the four-tank is monitored with the help of RTDS component,and the state of the WinCC is controlled by SIMATIC IT.Which means the DCS system is controlled by the MES system.The historical curve is drawn and analyzed with the help of HDD component,the Web monitoring interface was developed with the help of CAB component.In Web monitoring interface,the real time data,history curve of the four-tank are shown.The IIS website of the Web monitoring interface is released,which allows the cloud hosts under the same subnet to access the Web monitoring interface.This paper takes the four-tank as the controlled object,realizes the function of data acquisition,real-time control,Web monitoring,and demonstrates the feasibility of the proposed control system based on industrial cloud.
