Industrial cloud is a new kind of service model, based on cloud computing, big data, advanced manufacturing technology, using public service platform as the carrier, through modular and virtualization of services, in the whole life cycle of manufacturing stages according to users’ requirements to provide quality, timely and low-cost services,achieving the purpose of high efficiency docking of enterprises manufacturing requirements and social resources.Combined with author’s laboratory research direction and future demand, this paper proposes a construction scheme for industrial control system of the cloud platform, the main work is building a private cloud platform based on open source cloud computing framework, transplanting parts of the laboratory of industrial control system, industrial simulation system into the cloud platform. On the one hand, achieving reunification of the resource scheduling management, on the other hand, researching the realization of the industrial control system based on cloud.First introduction related background and research status of cloud computing, industrial cloud and laboratories’resource management based on cloud computing, and choose OpenStack to build cloud platform.Then introduce the key technology of cloud computing, including virtualization technology, distributed computing technology, distributed storage technology and so on, afterwards recommend open source framework and its core components.The next key research is industrial cloud platform architecture and management technology, through the comparison of traditional industrial automation systems and industrial automation system based on cloud of comparison, expound advantage of industrial cloud, gives the laboratory cloud deployment architecture, network architecture and deployment process in detail, and it is studied to cloud resources (computing resources, network resources, storage resources, etc.) management technology. Finally, migration the industrial simulation system, water tank control system to cloud platform, verify the validity of the cloud platform. At the end of this article, to summarize works, and prospecting the future research.
