Research On Doctor's Image In Network News

In recent years,with the deepening reform of the medical system,the hospital gradually market,doctors and patients with the interests of the conflict gradually highlighted,frequent medical and patient disputes,the relationship between hospitals,doctors and patients are more and more tense,doctors become the focus of attention of the masses and the media,especially now the audience access to news from the traditional way of reading newspapers to the new media through the network to receive,so it is of practical significance to study the image of doctors in online mediathe.This paper selects 696 news stories from Sina.com from 2014 to 2016,and analyzes the contents of news reports,by analyzing the number of news reports,the source of the report,the report genre,the form of presentation,the position of the report,the role of positioning,the theme of the report to explore how the network media to build a doctor imageand,summed up the characteristics of the doctor's media image: the doctor's media image appears neutral side,the doctor in the news reports appear as "weak" party,the doctor's body status report more objective,the image of the physician group is diversified.In order to examine the objectivity of the physician image constructed by the network media,this paper selected 15 doctors from different departments in different levels of hospitals to conduct in-depth interviews to understand the doctors' cognition of their own profession:the doctor's reality.At the same time,To understand the non-doctor 's cognition of the doctor' s image,through the quantitative analysis of the data,the doctor 's reality image is obtained from the non-doctor' s group,and the doctor 's image constructed by the network media is compared and analyzed.Through the analysis,it is found that the tendency of the network media in presenting the image of the doctor is deviated from the tendency of the doctor and the public.At the same time,the topic of the network media is consistent with the accepted topic of the public.In view of this problem,I believe that the network media in the construction of a doctor's image should be a reasonable set of issues,and to strengthen the study of medical professional knowledge,and more participation in the interaction withdoctors,with more objective and scientific way to eliminate the audience on the doctor's stereotypes impression.
