The Design And Implement Of The Industrial Control System Security Experiment Platform Based On The Smart City

With the informatization of city,the monitoring and control of infrastructure has become more intelligent.The security of infrastructure is closely bound up with everyone in the city.The ICS security experiment platform based on smart city is designed to show the working process of the system and the weaknesses exist in it.What's more,the system show the potential risk of the system with the train crash and the pipe explosion and use some methods to safeguard the system in order to study the safeguard procedures to secure the ICS system.This thesismainly introduces issues about the system,which contains the component parts of the system,functions design and implement,system security analysis,and safeguard of the system.Emphatically,the paper introduces the monitoring and control system of the platform and the security of the system.As the central part of the paper,the technique used for design and implement of the monitoring and control system and the security test of the system is introduced detailedly.The experiment platform mainly consists of the monitoring and control system's HMI,the control logic of the PLC,the sand table of the platform,the simulated strike to the system and the safeguard of the system.The HMI mainly used to monitor and control the slaver system for real time,which uses Ethernet communicate with each other.The control logic used to control the actuator on the sand table.The simulated strike to the system used to simulate scenes,such as stopping the PLC,making strike between two trains,or making pipe explosion.At present,ICS security incidents occur with a high frequency,therefore the analysis of ICS security has become more and more important.Practices in this paper also means a lot to other kinds of ICS.
