Pumping stations in mixed sewerage system often need to discharge the sewage into the river. The sewage discharge creates pollution, and the circumstances of pollution have never been monitored. So, it's very difficult to control it.The main contents of this article:Firstly, a SCADA system for pollution control of pumping stations in a city is designed. The SCADA system can be divided into three layers: the central monitoring station, on-site monitoring stations and GPRS network for communication. The system can effectively monitor the operational status and pollution discharge of each pump station; evaluation pollution of all pumping stations.Secondly, a control strategy is proposed to reduce the sewage discharge and improve water quality, by consulting the situation of the mixed sewerage system in Caohejing region. A SCADA system for pollution control of a pumping station in Caohejing region is designed, according to the equipment of the pumping station. The SCADA system is built to the implement the control strategy, monitor the daily operation and pollution control of the pumping station.Thirdly, introduced the concept and composition of SCADA system and analyzed the cyber security issues that may exist in the SCADA system. Analyzed the cyber security issues of the SCADA system for pollution control in the Attack tree model, and proposed some countermeasures.Finally, A SCADA system for pollution control of the pumping station in Caohejing is developed. The development included the HMI of the SCADA server, the programming of the PLC and OPC-based communication between SCADA server and PLC.The SCADA system uses the inner capability of the sewerage system, reduced the pollution, and it works well.
