Commercial bank is a kind of knowledge intensive industry,professional talent plays an important in the development of bank development.The use of software system into recruitment in commercial bank can enhance businesses process information level.Talent recruitment in a certain commercial bank is selected as research background for the development of talent enrollment information system.RUP model is selected as system life cycle model,and system development process is divided into several time period,several work flows loops to attain system implementation aim in every period.Web structure is selected as system organization architecture,and J2 EE is selected as system development platform.System users are comprehensively investigated,and users are divided into several kind of participants.The UML use case analysis model is established to describe participants' actual requirements.Several businesses are analyzed,work flow and data flow model are established for business description.The system is divided into three layers,which include View layer,Logic layer and DAL layer.View layer is responsible for user interfaces creation/ Logic layer include several classes and methods,it is responsible for functional logic process.DAL layer is responsible for database access,to attain database read and write.The system is divided into four modules,which include system running module,job management module,recruitment management module and acceptance module.Database ER model is designed for every module,database comprehensive ER model is attained,and it is transformed into database relation model.Functions are detailed designed,the system is developed and tested.Commercial bank recruitment information system can meet business process requirement,it running stably and enhanced information level.
