Research Of Governmental Hospital Recruitment Information System Based On J2EE

Governmental hospital is an important component of medical and health system in our country. Talents are crucial to the development of governmental hospital. During the recruitment process of governmental hospital, a large number of position and candidate information should be processed during certain period. The use of information system during recruitment process can comprehensively enhance recruitment efficiency, and provide technical support for hospital recruitment.Recruitment process of a certain governmental hospital in Shandong province is selected as background of this dissertation, in order to establish recruitment information system for this hospital. Recruitment information system that developed in this dissertation is useful for this hospital and can be used in other same kind hospitals. System functional features are summarized on the basis of requirement for information system during recruitment processes. Users of this system are divided into several participants on the basis of system users’ circumstance. Use case analysis is carried out for every participant by UML use case diagram. Use case analysis made clear of functional requirement of every kind user. Several main business processed are analyzed by flow chart diagram, state diagram and other UML diagrams. The performance scheme is acquired on the basis of users’requirement and same kind systems’performance characteristics. The system is divided into several functional modules on the principle of functional independent. The conceptual database model is designed for every module and database conceptual model is transformed into table structure model. The system development platform is established by the framework combination of Struts and Hibernate. The system is divided into several relative independent layer structures, and the coupling schemes between different layers are designed. The layer division scheme enhanced cohesion layer and reduced coupling layer of this system. Several functions implementation processes are selected as the examples for the research of system implementation. The interfaces are designed and implemented by web page design tools. The system test result show that information system developed in this paper reach the requirement in system design document and support businesses during recruitment.Research in this dissertation established recruitment information system for governmental hospital and provided technical support for businesses during recruitment process.
